Design and outlay of questionnaire
Despite each organization being unique and having a culture of its own there are features common to organizational culture
In the questionnaire there were used factors identifying key components of organizational culture . For practical use it is not suitable to design a very long questionnaire . Experts recommend to use only 15 – 20 items

culture and also school culture that respondent expects or that he or she wants in his or her school
Identification and evaluation of the gap between existing culture and desired culture is very important for team discussion that follows
Notice : consider national or regional differences . For example , factors for evaluating pastoral care or governors are inappropriate in our region , but in other countries these are important factors

To present results we create a graphic presentation of the results into the questionnaire . Each group of respondents is represented by it ‘s own line (teachers , management , non-teaching staff . This way we get a good presentation of the results for discussing the school culture
