It is known that English has been influencing Thai culture since the beginning of the 20th century and today Thailand is more and more popular among English-speaking and other foreign tourists . English helps Thai government to develop tourism industry and to promoted Thai goods and service in the international markets . English language in Thailand has been significantly developed over the last two decades and while it hasn ‘t reached saturation , it is probably almost as developed now as other countries in the region like Japan or Korea though it is growing fast .
